Understanding Trading Stats

The Reports feature provides a comprehensive overview of your trading performance. It automatically aggregates and analyzes your past trading data to present key statistical metrics, helping you easily evaluate risk levels, profitability, and optimize your overall trading strategy.

Here is a detailed explanation of the parameters shown in the image:

  • Gross profit: The total profit earned from all winning trades.
  • Gross loss: The total loss incurred from all losing trades.
  • Net P/L: The actual final profit or loss, calculated by subtracting the Gross loss from the Gross profit.
  • Profit Factor: The ratio of Gross profit divided by Gross loss. A value greater than 1 indicates a profitable trading strategy.
  • Balance: The total funds currently available in your trading wallet (excluding floating profit/loss from open positions).
  • Balance drawdown: The maximum percentage drop in the account balance from its highest peak to its lowest trough.
  • Equity drawdown: Similar to Balance drawdown, but calculated based on Equity (which includes the floating profit/loss of open positions).
  • Recovery Factor: Measures the account's ability to recover from a drawdown. It is calculated by dividing the Net P/L by the Max Drawdown.
  • Sharpe ratio: A metric that measures the return earned per unit of risk taken. A higher ratio indicates better risk management performance.
  • Win rate: The percentage of profitable trades out of the total number of executed trades (Formula: Win Rate % = (Winning Trades / Total Trades) * 100).
  • Avg. order per week: Your trading frequency, calculated as the average number of orders opened in a week (Formula: Avg. order per week = Total Number of Orders / Number of Weeks with Trades Example: If you executed 30 orders in Week 1, took a break in Week 2, and executed 20 orders in Week 3, you traded in a total of 2 weeks. The calculation is: 50 / 2 = 25. Thus, your average is 25 orders per week).
