How to enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) for Client Portal accounts

1. Login in to your GreatBless account as usual.


2. Click on the user icon, then select [Security settings].


3. Select the [2FA] tab, then toggle on [Google Authentication].


4. Download and install the Google Authenticator app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), then click [Next].


5. Open the Google Authenticator app on your phone, scan the QR code displayed on the screen, then click [Next].


6. Save your backup keys securely. These keys will allow you to recover your Google Authenticator in case you lose your phone. After saving them, click [Next].


7. Click [Send Code] to receive an email verification code and enter it. Then, enter the 6-digit code from your Google Authenticator app, and click [Submit] to complete the 2FA setup process.
