How to Deposit Cryptocurrency to Your Wallet

You fund your GreatBless Wallet by sending cryptocurrency through Match2Pay, our payment gateway. You create the deposit in the Client Portal, the gateway shows you a wallet address and the exact amount to send, and your Wallet is credited once the gateway confirms the payment on the blockchain.

GreatBless does not charge a deposit fee. The gateway's processing fee is paid by us, not by you.

Before you start

  • Your account must be verified (KYC approved).
  • You need a Wallet in the Client Portal — see How to Create a Wallet.
  • You need cryptocurrency in your own exchange account or self-custody wallet, ready to send.

Step by step

1. Log in to the Client Portal at https://my.greatbless.com.

2. Go to your Wallet and choose [Deposit].

3. Select Match2Pay as the payment method.

4. Enter the amount in USD (minimum 10) and confirm.

5. The Client Portal hands you over to the Match2Pay checkout page, which opens in the same browser tab. The checkout page shows:

  • the asset and network for your payment (for example, USDT on BEP20),
  • the exact amount to send,
  • the deposit address and a QR code,
  • a link to the blockchain explorer, and a Pay with wallet button that connects a browser wallet.

6. Send the payment from your exchange or wallet, using exactly the asset and network shown on the checkout page.

7. Wait for the network confirmation. The checkout page updates on its own and shows Deposit completed when the full amount has arrived.

8. Return to https://my.greatbless.com to see the funds in your Wallet. The checkout page does not send you back to the portal automatically.

Your Wallet is now funded. To trade with the money, move it from your Wallet to a live trading account — see How to Transfer Between Your Wallet and Trading Account.

If you do not already hold cryptocurrency

The payment page links you to a service where you can buy cryptocurrency with a debit or credit card and have it sent to the deposit address.

That purchase is a third-party service

Buying cryptocurrency by card is operated by a third-party provider, not by GreatBless. Its pricing, exchange rate, fees, limits and identity checks are its own, and are separate from the deposit amount and limits on this page. Any problem with the card purchase itself has to be raised with that provider. Once the cryptocurrency reaches the deposit address, the deposit continues exactly as described above.

Send the exact amount — this is the part that goes wrong most often

The gateway compares the amount that arrives against the amount you requested. Most exchanges deduct their own withdrawal fee from the amount you send, so if you request 10 USD and send exactly 10 USDT from an exchange, slightly less than 10 may arrive — and that counts as underpaid.

Set your send amount so that the amount arriving is at least the amount you requested.

If less arrives than you requested: the checkout page shows Underpaid and the amount still missing. The deposit address stays open and does not expire, so the simplest fix is to send the difference to the same address — once the total reaches the requested amount, the deposit completes. If you would rather not send the difference, contact support and we will settle the amount you have already sent.

If more arrives than you requested: the deposit completes. Send only a small margin above the requested amount — just enough to cover your exchange's withdrawal fee.

Choose the right network

Send on exactly the network shown on the checkout page

Sending an asset on a different network than the one displayed — for example sending USDT on TRC20 to a BEP20 address — can result in the permanent loss of your funds. Digital asset transfers are irreversible once broadcast, and GreatBless cannot recover them.

Before you press send, check three things against the checkout page: the asset (USDT, USDC, BTC…), the network (BEP20, Polygon, TRC20, ERC20…), and the address. Copy the address with the copy button or scan the QR code rather than typing it.

Do not add labels, notes or a memo to the address field. Networks such as BEP20, TRC20, ERC20 and Polygon do not use a memo.

How long it takes

Deposits are credited to your Wallet after the payment gateway confirms receipt of the funds and we have completed our verification — normally within 24 hours of that confirmation, and in most cases much sooner. The checkout page tells you how many network confirmations are needed.

Processing can take longer where the sending wallet, the payment or the source of funds is flagged by compliance screening, where an enhanced anti-money-laundering or source-of-funds review is required, or where a gateway, blockchain or banking outage prevents timely processing. Where processing will exceed 24 hours we will inform you and tell you the expected time.

After the deposit

You will see the completed deposit in your Client Portal under your Wallet's transaction history, showing the amount credited and a transaction ID. You will also receive email confirmation.

If the checkout page shows Deposit completed but your Wallet balance has not updated, refresh the portal page first. If it still has not appeared after a few minutes, contact support with the transaction ID (hash) from your sending wallet — that is the fastest way for us to trace the payment.

Deposits must come from you

In compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, deposits must originate from a source held in your own verified name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may be rejected or returned, and we may ask you to document the source of funds.
