Checking Guard Violations

If your account has had trades forcibly closed or has been temporarily locked from trading, it may be due to a violation of your Trader's Guard commitments. To check the specific reason, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log in to your GREATBLESS account. Go to the Trading menu.

Step 2: From the list of trading accounts, choose the one you wish to check for violations.

Step 3: In the upper-right corner of the screen, check the [Guard] label. If you see a blinking orange border around [Guard], it means a Trader’s Guard violation has occurred.

Step 4: Click the [Guard] label. The Trader’s Guard panel will open. The rule with a blinking orange highlight indicates which commitment has been violated.

Step 5: Click the History icon to view the violation history.

Unread Violation Highlight System:

Trader's Guard uses visual highlights to help traders quickly identify unread rule violations:
  • Blinking Guard Tab: If the account has any new unread violations, the [Guard] tab on the WebTrade dashboard will blink and show an orange outline.
  • Orange Borders on Categories: Inside the Trader's Guard panel, any rule category with unread violations will show an orange border. Its [History] icon may also blink.
  • Pinpointing the Violated Rule: For categories with multiple sub-rules, such as Max Order Limit or Volume Management, the specific row that triggered the violation will also receive an orange border.
  • Clearing the Highlight: Orange highlights and blinking icons will not clear by switching tabs or expanding accordions. To clear the unread state, click the [History] icon of the highlighted category to view the log. This marks the violations as read and clears the visual highlights.
