How Long Does a Withdrawal Take?
Every withdrawal is reviewed by our team before it is sent. That review protects your funds — it makes sure the money goes to you, and only to you — and it is the step that takes most of the time. Once a withdrawal is approved, the transfer itself usually takes only minutes.
GreatBless does not guarantee a fixed timeframe for withdrawals. This article explains what happens at each stage, what makes it faster, and what to do if a request seems stuck.
Withdrawals only go to you
A withdrawal is sent only to a destination in your own name: the same wallet you deposited from, or an exchange account in your own name. A payment to anyone else is refused. For larger amounts to a new address, we may ask you once for screenshots or a short screen recording showing your verified name and that address in the same exchange account. Details are in How to Withdraw Funds from Your Wallet.
What happens after you press Withdraw
| Stage | What is happening |
|---|---|
| 1. Request submitted | The amount is reserved in your Wallet straight away, so it cannot be spent twice while the request is open. |
| 2. Review | Our team checks the request: your verification, the destination address, and the security of your account. We contact you if anything is needed. |
| 3. Approved and sent | The request is passed to our payment gateway, Match2Pay, which sends the payment. Some withdrawals go through an additional security confirmation at the gateway before they are sent. |
| 4. On the blockchain | The payment has been broadcast. Your wallet or exchange credits it once the network has confirmed it. |
You can follow your request in your Wallet's transaction history and under Reports in the Client Portal.
How long each stage usually takes
🔹 Review: the longest part. It depends on our review queue, and requests submitted at weekends may take longer.
🔹 Sending: normally a few minutes after approval. The additional security confirmation can add time — typically for a first withdrawal, a new destination address or a larger amount.
🔹 Blockchain confirmation: usually a few minutes on BEP20, Polygon and TRC20; longer on Ethereum and Bitcoin when those networks are busy.
How to get your withdrawal faster
🔹 Complete identity verification (KYC) at https://my.greatbless.com/kyc before you request a withdrawal.
🔹 Withdraw to an address you have used before, or one we have already approved. A first withdrawal to a new address takes longer.
🔹 Use a destination that is yours: the same wallet you deposited from, or an exchange account in your own name — see How to Withdraw Funds from Your Wallet.
🔹 If our support team asks for screenshots showing that an exchange account is yours, send them promptly. The request waits until we have them.
🔹 Check the address and the network before you submit, and do not add a memo or label to the address.
🔹 Submit one request at a time. Several requests for the same amount do not speed anything up; they only add to the review.
How much will arrive
GreatBless charges no withdrawal fee. The payment gateway deducts a fixed blockchain network fee, which depends on the asset and network you choose:
Amount received = amount withdrawn − network fee
The fee for each network is listed in How to Withdraw Funds from Your Wallet. On a small withdrawal, choosing a cheaper network makes a real difference.
Why a withdrawal can take longer, or be refused
We may hold or refuse a withdrawal when:
🔹 the destination address cannot be confirmed as yours;
🔹 documents we asked for have not been provided;
🔹 the request needs a further compliance or security review — we are not always able to explain the details of such a review;
🔹 the payment gateway, a blockchain network or another provider is temporarily unavailable.
If we need something from you, we will contact you by email or through support.
If your withdrawal is rejected or seems stuck
🔹 Not approved: contact support to find out what to change before you submit again. If the amount still shows as reserved in your Wallet afterwards, tell us.
🔹 Waiting longer than you expected: we may be waiting for something from you. Check your email, then contact support.
🔹 Approved or shown as sent, but nothing received after one business day: contact support with the details of the request, and include the transaction ID (TxID) if one is shown, so we can trace the payment on the blockchain.
🔹 Until a request is resolved, the reserved amount stays in your Wallet. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed once they are broadcast, so a payment that has already been sent cannot be recalled.
