Updating a Commitment

To update a Trader’s Guard commitment, open the specific commitment you want to change, adjust the available input fields, then click [✓]. When the confirmation modal appears, click [Yes] to save the update.

For commitments with input fields, enter the new value first, such as quantity, percentage, amount, lot size, time, or duration, then confirm the change.

Example Update the commitment "Pair(s) selection".

• Terms
  • Allowed trading pairs: XAUUSD, EURUSD
  • Action: Block order

• Suppose you want to make the following changes: Add GBPUSD to the list of allowed trading pairs

1. Search for the trading pair.

2. Click to select GBPUSD.

3. Click [✓], then click [Yes] in the confirmation modal to save the change.

Updated Trader's Guard:

• Terms
  • Allowed trading pairs: XAUUSD, EURUSD, GBPUSD
  • Action: Block order

For commitments with an action setting, select the desired action, such as Lock account or Close order, configure any required details like lock duration, then click [✓] and [Yes] to apply the update.

Example Update the commitment "Loss management".

• Terms
  • Maximum daily loss limit: 1%
  • Action: Account will be locked for 1 hour

• Suppose you want to make the following changes: Edit the maximum daily loss limit from 1% to 0.5%

1. Change the maximum daily loss limit to 0.5%.

2. Click [✓], then click [Yes] in the confirmation modal to save the change.

Updated Trader's Guard:

• Terms
  • Maximum daily loss limit: 0.5%
  • Action: Account will be locked for 1 hour
