How to Change your Email and Password

Step 1. Login in to your GreatBless account as usual.

Step 2. Click on the user icon, then select [Security settings].

Step 3. Select the [Change email and password] tab.

Step 4. Enter the new email address you wish to change to, then click [Change Email Address].

Step 5. Click [Send Code] for both your old and new email addresses. Enter the 6-digit verification codes you receive, then click [Submit].

Step 6. Upon successful update, a confirmation message will appear. For security reasons, you can choose how to manage your active sessions:

• Sign out of all devices, except for current device: Logs you out everywhere except the device you are currently using.
• Sign out of all devices: Logs you out completely from all sessions, requiring you to log back in.
• Do not sign out: Keeps you logged in on all your active devices.

Step 1. Follow Steps 1 to 3 above to access the [Change email and password] tab.

Step 2. Scroll down to the New Password section.

Step 3. Enter your current password, type your new password, and confirm the new password. Once done, click the [Change Password] button.

Step 4. Upon a successful password change, the system will automatically redirect you to the login page. You can now log in using your new password.
