How to Withdraw Funds from Your Wallet

This guide explains how to withdraw funds from your GreatBless Wallet, what the payment gateway charges, and how to choose a network.

Withdrawals are processed through Match2Pay, our payment gateway, and are paid out to a cryptocurrency address registered in your own name. Unlike internal transfers — which move funds between your Wallet and your MT5 trading account — a withdrawal moves capital out of the brokerage and is governed by international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards and our Client Agreement.

GreatBless does not charge a withdrawal fee. Match2Pay deducts a fixed blockchain network fee from the amount you withdraw, so the amount that arrives in your wallet is your withdrawal amount minus that fee. GreatBless does not receive any part of it.

Before you withdraw

1. Identity Verification (KYC): your account must have completed KYC verification at https://my.greatbless.com/kyc. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.

2. Registered destination address: you must have registered and verified the destination address in your profile — see How to Add a Funding Method. Payouts can only be sent to an address already registered there. Which address you may register depends on where your deposit came from — see Which address you can withdraw to below.

3. Account ownership: the destination address must be held in your own legal name. Third-party payments, transfers to friends or relatives, and anonymous addresses are strictly prohibited.

Step by step

1. Log in to the Client Portal at https://my.greatbless.com.

2. Open your Wallet and choose [Withdraw].

3. Select the Match2Pay method and the registered destination address.

4. Enter the amount you want to withdraw. This full amount is taken from your Wallet. The payment gateway then deducts the network fee for the asset and network you chose (see the table below), so the amount that arrives at your address is lower than the amount you entered.

5. Submit the request. Once approved, the transaction is broadcast to the blockchain network; final receipt depends on that network's confirmation time.

Network fee table

The fee is a fixed amount per network, set by the payment gateway. It does not depend on how much you withdraw.

AssetNetworkNetwork feeMinimum withdrawal
USDTBEP20 (BNB Smart Chain)1 USDT10 USD
USDTPolygon1 USDT10 USD
USDTTRC20 (Tron)2.5 USDT10 USD
USDTERC20 (Ethereum)2.5 USDT10 USD
USDCBEP20 (BNB Smart Chain)1 USDC10 USD
USDCPolygon1 USDC10 USD
USDCERC20 (Ethereum)2.5 USDC10 USD
BTCBitcoin0.00004 BTC10 USD
ETHEthereum0.001 ETH10 USD
BNBBNB Chain0.0005 BNB10 USD
MATICPolygon0.5 MATIC10 USD

Example: you withdraw 20 USD to a USDT (BEP20) address. The network fee on BEP20 is 1 USDT, so 19 USDT arrives in your wallet.

The minimum withdrawal is 10 USD on every network. The gateway may update its fee schedule; the table above is the schedule in force at the time of writing. Work out what you will receive from this table before you submit:

Amount received = amount withdrawn − network fee

Choose the cheapest network

For USDT and USDC, BEP20 and Polygon cost 1 USDT, while TRC20 and ERC20 cost 2.5 USDT — two and a half times more for the same transfer. On a small withdrawal that fixed fee is a large share of the amount, so if your receiving wallet or exchange supports BEP20 or Polygon, use one of them. Most major exchanges (including Binance, OKX and Bybit) accept USDT deposits on BEP20 and Polygon.

The network of your destination address must match the network you select

Sending USDT on BEP20 to an address that only accepts TRC20 (or the other way round) can result in a permanent loss of funds. Digital asset transfers are irreversible once broadcast.

Destination address and memo

  • Enter only the wallet address in the address field. Do not add labels, notes or names to it — text added to the address itself will cause the payout to be rejected.
  • The optional Memo / label field on the funding-method form is for your own reference only. It is not sent to the blockchain for networks such as BEP20, TRC20, ERC20 or Polygon, which do not use a memo. Only networks that require a destination tag or memo (for example XRP or TON) use that value.
  • Double-check the address before you submit. A withdrawal sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered by GreatBless (see the Client Agreement, section on incorrect withdrawal details).

What happens to the amount you withdraw

  • Debited from your wallet: the full amount you requested (for example 20.00 USD).
  • Network fee: deducted by the payment gateway, Match2Pay, from that amount (for example 1 USDT on BEP20).
  • Amount received: the difference (for example 19 USDT), which you can verify on the blockchain explorer using the transaction ID once the withdrawal is completed.

A fee of 0.00 in the Client Portal withdrawal form refers to GreatBless's own fee, which is zero. The network fee is charged separately by the payment gateway and is still deducted from the amount sent.

Mandatory closed-loop policy

To prevent money laundering and financial fraud, GreatBless operates a strict closed-loop withdrawal policy: money goes back the way it came, to the person it came from.

  • Principle: you withdraw with the same payment method and currency you deposited with, to the wallet you deposited from, or an exchange account in your own name, up to the total amount you deposited. Which one applies depends on where you sent the deposit from — see below.
  • Profits: any withdrawal amount exceeding your cumulative deposits (that is, realized trading profits) may be withdrawn to another verified payment method in your name, subject to compliance approval.
  • Rejection: withdrawal requests that do not adhere to the closed-loop rule will be rejected.

Which address you can withdraw to

If you deposited from your own wallet — a self-custody wallet where you hold the keys, such as Trust Wallet, MetaMask or a hardware wallet — register the same address you sent the deposit from, on the same network. We match it against the blockchain record of your deposit, so no documents are needed.

Example: you deposited 2,000 USDT on TRC20 from your own wallet. Your first 2,000 USD in withdrawals go back to that exact wallet address, on TRC20.

If you deposited from an exchange account — for example OKX, Binance or Bybit — the address that sent your deposit belongs to the exchange, not to you, and it cannot receive a payment back. Instead, withdraw to the deposit address of an exchange account in your own name.

Smaller withdrawals go through without extra documents. For larger amounts to an address we have not approved before, we ask you once to show that the address belongs to an account in your name, in either of these forms:

  • Two screenshots from the same exchange account: your profile or identity-verification page showing your verified name and account ID (UID), and the Deposit page showing the address you want to withdraw to and its network, with the same UID or account visible.
  • A short screen recording that opens your profile (name and UID) and then the Deposit page with that address, in one continuous take.

We may ask for a screen recording if a screenshot looks altered, if your name is masked too heavily to read, or for a large amount. Our support team will tell you when evidence is needed; send it through live chat or a ticket.

This is a one-time check for each address. Once approved, the address is added to your approved withdrawal addresses, and later withdrawals to it do not need this evidence again. This is why a first withdrawal to a new address takes longer than later ones.

Any other address — one that is neither the wallet you deposited from nor an exchange account in your own name — is treated as a third-party destination and the withdrawal will be refused. We may still ask for further documents at any time under our AML/KYC Policy.

Processing times, delays and verification

Every withdrawal request goes through our compliance check and the payment gateway's security verification before it is dispatched. Processing times vary with those checks and with gateway and network conditions; no fixed timeframe is guaranteed. If a withdrawal cannot be completed, the funds remain reserved in your Wallet until the request is resolved — contact support if a request stays pending. For each stage and what can slow it down, see How Long Does a Withdrawal Take?.

Under our AML/KYC Policy and regulatory duties, GreatBless reserves the right to:

  • Request identity re-verification or updated proof of address before authorizing a payout.
  • Require documentation establishing your Source of Funds (such as bank statements, salary records, or business documentation).
  • Hold, reject, or reverse transactions where required to comply with statutory AML/CTF obligations or where fraud is suspected.

The withdrawal methods available to you are those shown in the Client Portal at the time of your request, and may change.

Note: This article summarizes key provisions of the Client Agreement and AML/KYC Policy. In the event of any conflict, the formal legal agreements prevail.
